SHOPPERS are going wild for Asda bargains at rock-bottom prices after a savvy customer showed off her haul.

A fan of the high street store with an eye for a good deal managed to save hundreds of pounds by going through the £2 rails at their Stevenage store in Hertfordshire.

The savvy shopper posted a message to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to tell others about the deals.

They wrote: “Went to Asda grabbed this pile of bargains off the £2 rails.. £506 in total only paid £80 – will note that it’s not all for me”.

Along with the message she added a photo showing a huge pile of clothes she had got which appeared to show winter coats, jackets, tops and jumpers.

Many members of the group went online to congratulate the woman for her bargain hunting skills.

One person wrote: “Well done. If you find a bargain go for it. If you don’t the next person will.”

While another added: “Wow good for you. The floral coat looks lovely.”

From the comments though, it would seem that not every Asda store has a £2 bargain rail.

One commentator said: “Our Asda doesn’t know the meaning of sale or bargain.”
