Primark’s Tinted Lip Balm is being compared to Nars Afterglow Lip Balm after the retailer shared a clip of the product to their 724k followers on Instagram.

The video shows the £2.50 lip balm shades in their sleek packaging before swatches are taken on the back of a hand.

The description of the product reads: “Less than a lipstick, more than a lip balm, you can’t really go wrong with our PS… tinted lip balm.

“Designed to offer the best of both worlds with a slick of pretty colour and a dose of moisture for a rosy and nourished pout, this product is perfect for slipping into a bag for easy throughout-the-day touch-ups (no mirror required).

Another said: “These look lush”.

A third added: “Oh I love this”.

The two glam balms have a striking resemblance to the Nars Coloured Afterglow Lip Balm which cost around £26.

Both items sport rectangular rose gold packaging, with a twist-up feature to access the product.

The Primark Tinted Lip Balm is currently available in two colours – Peaches, which has nude undertones, and Blush Brown, which is more pink.

This comes after a fashion whizz revealed that if you’re on the hunt for an autumn wardrobe then Primark is the place to go for Zara, H&M and Gucci dupes.
