Buxton’s reward for defeating York City in the FA Cup first round is a home tie against Morecambe. The Derbyshire side play in the seventh tier of the football pyramid, only one level below York of National League North, so face a far bigger challenge in the shape of the League One club.

St Albans of National League South, who beat Forest Green Rovers of League Two in the first round, will travel 10 miles to play Boreham Wood, one level above them.
