Officers release new footage as they appeal for information that could help locate 19-year-old student

Police investigating the disappearance of student Richard Okorogheye have found no recent activity on his mobile, a senior officer has said.

Detectives are focusing on his phone, as well as his computers and financial activity, and said analysis of the latter has led them to conclude that he took a taxi from west London, where he lives, to the Loughton area of north-east London.
