NOSTALGIC Home Bargains shoppers have been left buzzing after spotting “the best” chocolate bar on shelves.
The discount chain is known for selling everything from energy-saving gadgets to quirkier items as well.
But shoppers have had their eyes on one sweet snack in particular over recent weeks – Raspberry and Coconut Ruffles.
The original chocolate bar launched in the 1930s and combines flavoured fondant and rich dark chocolate.
We’ve spotted B&M, Amazon and Iceland selling their own versions, but Home Bargains is also selling one for £1.20.
And one shopper was quick to share a picture of the nostalgic treat from their local Home Bargains branch on the Food Finds UK Facebook page.

They said: “Wow this a chocolate bar I would never forget. Used to have them back when I was a kid.
“So pleased to have found them again!”
Hundreds have liked and commented on the post sharing the love for the iconic chocolate treat.
One said: “Elite mate…hands down THE best chocolate bar.”

Another was slightly less subtle, saying: “I could smash that right now. I would love a day off in my nice warm house with five of them bad boys on my lap.”
Meanwhile, a third added: “These are my mum’s favourite.”
And a fourth commented: “Oh yes. An old fav of mine. Used to get these from the school tuck shop early 80s.”
Anyone looking to snap up a pack of the Ruffles won’t be able to order for home delivery as it’s not on Home Bargains’ website.
You might be able to find it in your local branch though, which you can find using the retailer’s store locator tool on its website.
It comes after Home Bargains shoppers were left rushing to buy an energy-saving gadget from the retailer for £13.
Meanwhile, fans of the discounter have spotted a 69p bargain that’s “identical” to a discontinued favourite.
