Russian President Putin’s spokesman weighed in on the upcoming U.S. presidential election, saying Putin would like to see someone who is “more constructive towards our country.” The spokesman said Putin “would be ready to work with anyone who’s ready to work with him.” NBC News’ Keir Simmons reports.
