PRIME fans have today been waiting in huge queues outside Aldi to try to get their hands on the viral energy drink.
The major supermarket announced yesterday that the bottles would return to its shelves this morning.

This saw Prime lovers race to their closest Aldi bright and early, with the hopes of taking home a stash.
Photos showed the masses lined up outside a store in Nottingham this morning – with all ages queueing for drinks for themselves and others.
Carole Marshall stopped by to pick up a surprise for her grandchildren – and walked away with four bottles.
And two siblings popped in before they had to get to class.
Their mum, who did not want to be named, told NottinghamshireLive: “I’ve brought them just before school for a treat.
“I won’t pay ridiculous prices for them but we’ve come out a bit early for them today. I thought there would be a queue like last time.”
There were similar queues outside a Manchester Aldi, too.
People could be seen cradling the popular drinks in their arms after successfully nabbing the drink.

Lewis Hird, 24, was one of those – and had a smile ear to ear.
Pam Ryan, 59, said she had tried to get the drinks a whopping 12 times before today.
Which is why she was “delighted” to finally be able to nab a treat for her grandchildren today.
Pam said: “I went in December when they had it and the queues were massive so unfortunately we didn’t get any.
“But today we’ve been lucky and have been able to get one of each flavour.
“My grandkids are going to be absolutely delighted and just over the moon when I pick them up from school later.”
“I’ve been all different times to Asda to try and get it but I never seem to get lucky enough.
“I’ve probably tried around a dozen times but I’m absolutely delighted now because it’s obviously for the children.”
Others took to Twitter to show off their hauls.
Photos showed the only item being purchased at one point was Prime drinks.
Those who rushed to Aldi were able to choose from six flavours including the new Limited Edition Orange and Mango, Meta Moon, Tropical Punch, Blue Raspberry, Lemon and Lime, and Ice Pop.
Marketed as a sports drink, to “help you refresh, replenish, and refuel”, it contains B vitamins, electrolytes and coconut water.

The viral hydration drink was available to buy for just £1.99 in stores nationwide.
But as the drink was a Specialbuy – once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Shoppers were also only limited to buying one of each flavour each.
The budget supermarket previously stocked the viral drink – and saw massive queues to buy the popular product.
The supermarket posted on its Twitter page yesterday afternoon and said: “Getting prepped and PRIMEd for a popular product that may be returning tomorrow…”
The drink has already sparked chaotic scenes in stores as they were delivered to Sainsbury’s and Asda in previous months – selling out in a matter of minutes.
Invented by YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul, it was released in June last year and still has thousands of kids — or their parents — scrambling to snap up any of its eight flavours.
Even celebrities are using their star power to try to shortcut the queues, with Wayne Rooney pestering KSI for bottles for son Kit’s seventh birthday in January, and Stacey Solomon getting in touch to say she couldn’t find any on the supermarket shelves.
This has led to many sellers cashing in with sky-high prices.
One off-licence in Wakefield, West Yorks, was reportedly flogging the drink for £100 a bottle.
And on eBay, it is being sold at price tags often well over its supermarket price tag.
After all, the craze is growing, with one savvy punter selling a “rare” bottle for a whopping £1,000.
