A POKEY flat has gone on the market for £1,300 a month – but the bed may put some renters way off.

But any potential new residents may have second thoughts after seeing the bed.

It is accessed by a bizarre looking chunky staircase – with the last step up quite a leap.

And the bed’s platform is made up of scaffolding poles which have been painted white.

The bed itself is just a mattress on top of the DIY-looking structure.

A curtain can be pulled to split it from the rest of the studio.

And potential buyers may not be happy that the bedroom is so small you can’t even stand up in it.

Elsewhere in the studio flat, there is a tiny living room with just enough room for a sofa, a table and two chairs and a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is a small kitchen with a cooker and hob, sink and washing machine squeezed in.
