PLUSNET is down for thousands of users as customers struggle to access internet services.
According to Downdetector, over 20,000 users reported outages with the service at 9pm.
A majority of the issues are associated with the landline internet while 18 percent of users don’t have a signal and 3 percent of customers can’t access the website.
One user wrote on Downdetector: “We just lost Internet connection and we live in Bath, Somerset. The hub tells me all is well but clearly it is not. The light might be blue but we have no Internet connection.”
Another added: “Down in Meon Valley Hampshire.”

Multiple Plusnet customers are flooding to X, formerly known as Twitter to share their frustrations.
One user wrote: “Plusnet is down so it’s time to fully commit to finishing my witcher series re-read. Half way through Season of Storms lets see if I can finish it before the wifi comes back on.”
Another wrote: “@Plusnet is down AGAIN. AGAIN. Plusnet you are garbage. The millisecond my contract is up I’m off to a reliable ISP. Absolutely garbage.”
