PLUSNET broadband is down for hundreds of customers.
Almost 400 people have complained about the internet outage on Down Detector.
This issues seem mostly located around London, though there are reported problems in Glasgow, plus a scatter of other areas seem to be affected too.
Problems began at midnight last night before seemingly being resolved, just as another wave of complaints came in around 5am today.
The outage is ongoing as almost 50% of complaints reported are from customers suffering landline internet issues.
Meanwhile another 47% say they have experienced a total blackout of services from the provider.
Some Plusnet customers have taken to Twitter to air their frustrations with the outage, as Plusnet itself has so far failed to answer their queries on the site in regards to the outage.
One Twitter user said: “Worth noting that, according to the tweets, Plusnet have been having issues since at least 1am and not a single overnight update from them, not just the last ten minutes.”
Another said: “Plusnet, you might want to wake up your infra team. Looks like a LOT of your customers are lacking internet (blue light, no internet).”
