A ONE-bed flat has hit the market for the bargain price of just £19,000.

While it may seem like an absolute steal, wait until you see inside.

The ground floor apartment located in a popular residential area near Greenock town centre is described as an “outstanding investment.”

The home features a large double bedroom and bathroom with a full suite as well as a lounge with a fitted kitchen area.

But potential buyers are in for a surprise as every room in the property is covered in mounds of rubbish.

In promotional photos on Zoopla, the messy flat appears not to have a clean surface.

Despite appearing normal on the exterior, the living room is cluttered with rubbish, clothes, children’s toys and even takeout boxes, covering the floor.

Meanwhile, the kitchen is in no better condition with clothes, old magazines and plastic bags scattered all over the place.

While the bathroom does not seem so bad, it looks like it needs a deep clean as mould can be seen starting to grow on the walls.

The listing describes it as an “outstanding investment or first time purchase” and states it “requires a degree of refurbishment.”

A similarly dirty house in Glasgow is going under the hammer for just £99,000.

A flat in Kensington, West London has hit the market for the bargain price of £390 per month but it’s so tiny the bed blocks the entire kitchen.

And another one-bed home has gone on the market for £265,000 but it measures just three-and-a-half metres wide at the front.
