THIS normal-looking house has hit the market at an incredible price – but prospective buyers are in for a shock when they look inside.
The two-bed property in Swindon, Wilts., will go under the hammer for £60,000 this month.
The spacious rooms could make the perfect family home – complete with kitchen, living room, 100ft-long garden and parking.
But according to estate agents McHugh and Co, the house, listed on Rightmove, is in need of a “complete modernisation”.
And prospective buyers are in for a job load when it comes to sprucing it up.
Photos show the living room hiding beneath mountains of clutter, with plastic bags, cardboard boxes and clothes swamping the space.
In the kitchen, grime-coated surfaces sit under mounds of mess, with clothes hanging from the ceiling.
The bathroom is in need of the biggest clean of all – where black, mouldy plaster hangs from the ceiling and litter fills the bath.
Every surface has a thick coating of grime while the walls and toilet look like something from a horror movie.
The freehold property will be auctioned online on May 26.
In the meantime, buyers can opt for a 3D tour of the house online, where strange items like baby dolls can be seen covered in dust.
