NANDO’S has shaken up its menu and its fans alike with two major changes to the menu.

The restaurant chain has added two new cocktails to its menu with a special Nando’s twist.

From today fans will have the choice of two frozen cocktails to enjoy alongside their meal.

The PERi-cante (196cals) is a mix of vodka, smoky mezcal tangy lime and a hint of chilli.

While the Sunset slushie is a mix of vanilla vodka and peach liquor with juicy pineapple and mango (203cals).

Both cocktails are priced at £7.95 for a 190ml serving.

Both slushies have been designed to “complement Nando’s iconic menu items” says the restaurant chain, famed for its peri-peri style chicken dishes.

Nando’s has described the frozen slushies as having a “Nando’s twist on traditional cocktail formats.”

The frozen cocktails are being trialled for eat-in customers at selected UK restaurants and are for a limited time only.

So you will need to be quick and plan a visit if you want to treat your tastebuds to one.

Fans have been asking the restaurant chain to add cocktails to the menu for years, and this news has certainly gone down well on social media.

The cocktails are being trialled in the following locations: Kings Cross, Westfield Stratford City, Brighton (Marina), Salford Quays, Crawley, Liverpool (ONE), Hull (Princess Quay), Birmingham (Mailbox), Wolverhampton (Bentley Bridge), Battersea and Waterloo Station.
