Christmas has not long gone but Flossy the Highland Cow has sweet-toothed shoppers in a frenzy.

One M&S fan posted a picture of the cute chocolate cow to the Food Finds UK official Facebook group and it quickly amassed several fans.

M&S is testing shoppers’ New Year diet resolutions this week with the addition of other sweet treats to its range.

The retailer released a Giant Whippy Dippy bar and shoppers could not wait to try it.

The giant Whippy Dippy is not entirely new to M&S but it usually makes its appearance around Valentine’s Day and Easter.

One shopper said “It looks yummy and another said, “This is my kind of treat”.

M&S is not the only retailer to be tempting shoppers tastebuds with newness in January.

Tesco shoppers recently spotted new “lush” Galaxy Mini Eggs on the shelves.

Also, Nestle has given KitKat fans something to shout about as it brings back an iconic flavour for Easter.

How to save money at M&S

Marks and Spencer usually reduces its prices once in the morning and twice in the afternoon.

If you want to bag a bargain you should aim to be there for 9am, 2pm or 4pm.

One bargain hunter told us that some products may get reduced by 10% in the first wave of markdowns at 9am.

However, if you want to get a bigger discount you are better off going at around 4pm when you could get up to 90% off.

Don’t forget to look out for red stickers which indicate a bargain find in M&S.
