M&S has revealed that its Dine in for £20 Valentines menu is back for loved-up fans this February.

Smitten shoppers can pick up melting camembert, sirloin steak, prosecco and more in the deal that returns next week.

The posh supermarket provides a host of tasty treats for couples to enjoy on Valentines every year – in the hope they can save a few extra pennies with the combo deal too.

They can save up to £16.50 on the price of buying a starter, steak, cheesy side, pud, and bottle of bubbly, all for two, from the store otherwise.

An OBE prawn cocktail would usually cost shoppers £6, a rump steak complete with peppercorn sauce, another tenner, plus the side of OBE mac and cheese would be another £4 on top.

All that topped off with a £4.50 cheesecake, and £12 bottle of Conte Priuli Rosé Prosecco, would set shoppers back a total of £36.50.

But M&S isn’t the only place offering a budget way to treat your other half this love season.

Rival, Aldi, is offering a dinner for two for just half the price of M&S’ this year.

For £10, the discount supermarket is offering couples a three-course meal including lobster pasta and Wagyu beef pies, that comes with a wine pairing too.

But there are a total of over 30 products in M&S’ range which means there’s more than 200 different menu combinations you and a loved one can cook up on the day.

The delicious range will be available for shoppers to pick up at M&S from Monday February 9, all the way through to the special day itself on February 14.

Through the M&S deal, diners can choose one starter, main, side, dessert, bottle of booze and a box of chocolates.

Plus, it’s exactly the same price as last year for the complete three course meal for two.

But there’s not quite as much on offer as last year, as M&S advertised as many as 50 different products back in 2021.

What is available this year looks scrummy though, and if you’re not a fan of steak and cheese then there’s plenty more on the table.

Shoppers can pick up soufflé tarts to start, as well as a punny “Pie Love You” all butter pastry chicken pie for main.

Plus an aptly named “I’m Bananas for You” sponge for dessert, and much more.

Vegans need not miss out either.

There are vegan duck croquettes, smokey saffron aubergine steaks, and love heart churros all from Plant Kitchen, washed down with a bottle of Conte Priuli Prosecco.
