MARKS and Spencer is giving shoppers the chance to keep shopping over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Here is everything you need to know about M&S opening hours for the August Bank Holiday.

The August bank holiday falls on the last Monday of August, with many businesses adjusting their opening times.

Banks are shut and schools are still off for summer, but can still grab a Percy Pig or Colin the Caterpillar from M&S stores as all of their stores will remain open.

Is M&S open over the August bank holiday? 

All M&S stores are open, but times at some may have slightly amended hours depending on the location.

Stores are generally open from 8am to 8pm during the week and on Saturdays but may open or close an hour earlier or later in some areas.

Sunday opening hours are usually from 10am or 11am until 4pm to 5pm.

Is M&S delivering over the Bank Holiday weekend? 

You can order M&S food online via Ocado but slots might have been snapped up already.

The amount you’re charged for delivery on Ocado depends on the day and time of your slot, and how much you’re spending but it can be free if you’re spending over £75.

If your order is less than £75, there’s a minimum charge of £2.99 and a maximum of £6.99 and you have to spend at least £40 to be able to checkout.

Shoppers can order clothing and homeware products straight from the M&S website to pickup in a local store while it is open over the bank holiday.

You can often order items through the M&S website to pickup after 12pm the next day depending on availability.

Shoppers can claim a £10 cashback bonus when spending £10 or more online.
