The price tags on all Lego sets have been reduced by 45% until April 4.

Meanwhile, toys from brands like Peppa Pig and Transformers are currently on offer as part of a two for £15 deal.

This offer will only be available until March 28 so you’ll have to move fast if you want the discount.

For this deal, you’ll also need to fork up more upfront and buy two toys to trigger the discount.

How to compare prices to get the best deal

JUST because something is on offer, or is part of a sale, it doesn’t mean it’s always a good deal.

There are plenty of comparison websites out there that’ll check prices for you – so don’t be left paying more than you have to.

Most of them work by comparing the prices across hundreds of retailers.

Here are some that we recommend:

  • Google Shopping is a tool that lets users search for and compare prices for products across the web. Simply type in keywords, or a product number, to bring up search results.
  • Price Spy logs the history of how much something costs from over 3,000 different retailers, including Argos, Amazon, eBay and the supermarkets. Once you select an individual product you can quickly compare which stores have the best price and which have it in stock.
  • Idealo is another website that lets you compare prices between retailers. All shoppers need to do is search for the item they need and the website will rank them from the cheapest to the most expensive one.
  • CamelCamelCamel only works on goods being sold on Amazon. To use it, type in the URL of the product you want to check the price of.

The sale is not available online so you will have to head to your local Morrisons to pick up the bargains.

You can find your local branch using the supermarket’s store locator tool.

Below we’ve rounded up some of our favourite bargains in the sale.

Before you splash out, make sure you shop around as you may be able to find cheaper deals elsewhere.

Google’s price comparison tool, Google Shopping, is free and easy to use.

For £15, you can get two toys from a selected range as part of the Morrisons toy sale.

You can save the most with this deal if you pair two of the most expensive items together.

This includes the Teletubbies Talking Soft Toy, which usually costs £12 and the Fisher Price Chatter Telephone, which usually costs £11.

Together they would come to £23 so you can save £8 with the two for £15 deal.

Note that if you only want to buy one of these toys, you will not be able to get a discount.

The deal is also only worth it if you really want to buy two of the toys involed in the offer.

If you want to buy the Teletubbies on their own, Hamely’s is selling them for cheaper at £11.19 with free delivery.

Meanwhile, you can get the chatter phone at Argos for £10 but it only works out cheaper than Morrisons if you pick it up for free instore as delivery costs £3.95

This is because the magnetic scribbler and the rescue bots both usually cost £10, bringing the total to £20.

But again, the deal is only worth it if you buy two toys as you will not get the discount on one item alone.

On its own, we couldn’t find a cheaper off for the Pepper Pig scribler than Morrisons but you can get a smaller verson on Amazon for £8.99 plus free delivery.
