The new flavour announcement has been widely praised by Facebook users.

I heard Morrisons slashed Easter eggs to just 75p so I nabbed a trolley load – but trolls call me selfish

One wrote: “We need to try these,” while another agreed saying: “Omg how good do they look I must try!”

A third even went as far as to write: “The only hot cross buns I’ll eat.”

And a fourth reckoned: “ones to try with a cuppa.”

Chocolate professional Nestle is also gearing up for Easter and have launched a new bar to celebrate.

The new treat, called the Nestle Aero share-a-bubble, comes in a choco hazelnut flavour – and shoppers claim it tastes just like Nutella.

And Mars has followed suit by announcing a new flavour of biscuit.

New Twix Secret Centre Biscuits have launched in UK stores.

The new biscuit takes the DNA of a traditional Twix bar into a handy coin-shaped biscuit.
