Morrisons has become the latest major British business to appoint a female finance boss.

New appointment: Morrisons promoted Joanna Goff as its chief financial officer

The supermarket chain, which was recently bought by US private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice, promoted Joanna Goff as its chief financial officer. 

This week Aviva became the second FTSE100 firm after NatWest to have both a female chief executive and finance boss.
