Microsoft has released a statement regarding the service Microsoft Teams being down.
Users experiencing several problems
Microsoft Teams users are experiencing issues with the app, server connections, and audio quality.
Users report a ‘white screen’
“Teams will not load for me at all, using the new or old version. It just sits on a white screen and will not load any chats in at all,” one person said on Downdetector.
“I have tried resetting teams, updating, restarting my computer, etc. Nothing will load in at all.
“My phone is failing to send messages on the first attempt. Then I tell it to retry and it sends through. I am trying to work and monitor/communicate with my team, but this is a major issue.”
