A Coke Float is mainly available in the likes of New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong, and it’s a combination of Coco-Cola and ice cream/a McFlurry.

A large float usually costs $3, which is equivalent to £2.35.

But there’s a way you can still make it in the UK for roughly the same price, even though it’s not officially on the menu here.

All you have to do is buy any mini McFlurry – which cost £1.19 each – and a small Coca-Cola Classic, which costs £1.27.

Mix them together and, boom, you’ve got yourself a Coke Float.

Do keep in mind costs may differ depending on your location, but these are the average prices.

Plenty of Maccies fans have even posted videos of themselves trying the hack to TikTok, with many others taking inspiration in the comments section.

When we checked, one fan said: “That’s so good!”

Another put: “Ohhh interesting, I must try!”

And one more echoed: “Actually looks tasty.”

You can order McDonald’s through the restaurant’s app or via Deliveroo and Just Eat.

All are free to download via the App Store or Google Play and you just need to type in your email and home address to get started.

Don’t forget about added delivery costs though – Deliveroo, for instance, may also charge a service fee. So make sure you check that before confirming your order.

Otherwise you can do this in person at your local McDonald’s.

If you don’t know where your nearest branch is, you can use the handy restaurant locator tool on the Maccies website.

But the Coke Float isn’t the only “secret” menu item you can try out.

Fans can sneak a taste of an Almighty Texan BBQ Bacon Burger, available in New Zealand, for £2.79.

It’s comprised of bacon, two beef burger patties, mayo, cheese and BBQ sauce.

So to taste it all you need to do is order a Bacon Double Cheeseburger and remove some items (ketchup, mustard and pickles).

Next up, add some mayonnaise for free, and also grab a barbecue pot.

Spread the barbecue sauce all over the burger, and tuck in to your very own Almighty Texan.

Also a Triple Chicken Mayo – three Mayo Chicken Sandwiches – is a menu option in Spain.

Three of these in the UK would cost £3.87 – since they cost £1.29 each.

Then all you do is take two chicken burger patties out and put them into one bun.

For less mess, you can even order one mayo chicken with the sauce and lettuce and the others plain, for an easy swap-out.
