MCDONALD’S has revealed that Monopoly will return this summer, with millions of prizes up for grabs.

The fast food chain confirmed Monopoly will start on August 25 – and customers could win an exclusive McDonald’s VIP gold card.

The VIP card will allow 1,000 lucky winners to claim a free McDonald’s meal every week for a whole year.

The game, which was due to return in March 2021 but was postponed due to the pandemic, will run for six weeks.

Due to the postponement, more than 200million Monopoly game pieces had already been printed and dated.

McDonald’s has told customers to check the dates on its website to make sure you don’t miss out on a chance to bag a prize.
