Are DIY stores open over May Bank Holiday?

B&Q

B&Q has told The Sun their opening hours on Monday 31 will be the same as usual.

The DIY store is open 7am – 8pm.

Screwfix

Screwfix are running business as usual on Bank Holiday Monday.

Screwfix’s normal opening hours Monday-Friday are 7am – 8pm.

Wickes

Wickes are normally open from 7am – 8pm and this isn’t set to change for Bank Holiday Monday.

Wickes have announced at the start of May, they will be limiting the number of people into their stores though.

Wickes are open usual hours on Monday but have limited the amount of people allowed into store.

B&Q deliveries are still operating across the entire Bank Holiday weekend.

You can also click and collect.

Screwfix

Screwfix are still operating deliveries to store, sites and homes over the Bank Holiday weekend.

They are expecting delays though.

Their latest delivery updates can be found here.

Wickes

Wickes are still delivering and providing click and collect on Bank Holiday Monday.

They are only able to offer restricted services at the minute and have a list of postcodes they are not delivering to.
