PHONES: If, like most of us, you have a few old mobile phones stashed away, you could be sitting on a potential wad of dosh. BOOKS: With 44 per cent of readers now reading ebooks on Kindles or other tablets, instead of physical books, you may well have a shelves full of titles that will no longer be read — and this also takes up a lot of valuable room around the home.
