The lucky winners won’t just bag themselves the stunning home – they will also live rent and mortgage-free.

Spanning three storeys the ideal family home has four spacious bedrooms, a kitchen diner, living room and garden.

Despite being unfurnished, the staging of the home shows its full potential alongside the breath-taking golden fire place.

In thriving Medway, Kent, and only a one-hour train journey from London, the swanky home has a modern fully-fitted kitchen.

And thanks to Daniel, Jason and Will Twenefour, you could be living in the home for just £3 – which would usually rent for an average £2k per month.

Previously raffling off eight other properties, the three brothers decided to set up their business Tramway Path in a bid to “change” people’s lives.

They previously gave away three Bristol-based apartments in one go totalling half a millions pounds.

Daniel came up with the business idea after selling his own property in lockdown through a raffle.

“After the first competition I was inundated with messages and emails from people asking me to do it again as it will help people get on the property ladder,” he said.

“It is a blessing to change so many lives.

“People say we are ‘levelling the playing field’.

“I realised that this was bigger than me. It had the potential to change the lives of so many more people.”

Tramway Path estimate they’ve saved their winners a total of £2.3m.
