SKY has dropped support for its long-running TV companion app meaning users must switch today.
The broadcasting giant has pulled the plug on the Sky+ app which served as a way to control your box and remotely download your favourite shows.
Back in March Sky warned the end was nigh for the service.
For anyone who still has the app installed some features will continue to work.
But Sky won’t be doing any updates to it, meaning anything that breaks will remain dysfunctional.
Things like Channel Favourites has already shut down.
The top rail will now stop showing the latest featured content from today.
But you can still browse for content via search.
And send to TV and app remote control tools will continue to function unofficially for now.
An alert appears at the top of the Sky+ app telling users to switch.

Customers are being urged to move to Sky Go instead to continue using many of the same features.
As part of the changes, Sky has already removed Sky+ from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Most people had already moved onto Sky Go years ago so the impact is likely to be low.
But affected customers are not impressed.
“Its probably the best app on my phone and in daily use,” one person said.
“Leave it alone please.”
