Heavily armed man shot dead by police was subject of banning order in relation to stalking claims

A man shot dead by police in south London as he forced his way into a building with an arsenal of weapons had been reported for stalking.

The 30-year-old man, who was armed with crossbows, a knife, a sword and a hatchet, is understood to have been Bryce Hodgson. It is believed there was a banning order out against him in relation to stalking allegations.
