LLOYDS Bank has issued an update after customers reported having issues with their online banking.

There are reports of issues on Downdetector with some users taking to social media saying they’re having issues with their standing orders.

On Downdetector 58% of complaints are relating to fund transfer issues and 35% online banking.

One user said: “There seems to be an issue with standing orders this morning… mine have all left my account today but none of them arrived to their onward accounts.”

And Lloyds responded: “We’re aware of the issue with payments not being received, and we’re working to process payments as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.”

Lloyds has been approached for comment.
