Lidl Black Friday 2020 deals: Save £100 on Sharp TV and 50% off Tower Air Fryer

LIDL has revealed all its Black Friday bargains.

The budget supermarket has deals in store that include TVs and kitchen gadgets with as much as £100 off the usual price as well as a Magnum of Prosecco for just £10.99.

But remember, just because items are in a Black Friday sale, doesn’t mean you can’t find them, or something similar, cheaper elsewhere.

Always shop around before spending your money.

Lidl’s Black Friday sale has now launched in store – you can’t buy any of these deals online.

While many retailers launch deals earlier, Lidl is sticking to selling the items on the day itself.

When you head to store remember there are still coronavirus measures in place, so shop safely and follow the rules, like social distancing.

Lidl says that stock is limited and on a first-come first-served basis and that it may have ticketed queuing in place.

What is in Lidl’s Black Friday 2020 sale?

Lidl’s Black Friday deals have now landed in stores and are only available as long as stocks last.

The discounter doesn’t offer online shopping so you’ll need to pop by a store to nab any bargains.

You can still go to Lidl during lockdown in England because its an essential store.

Lidl has more than 760 stores across the UK. You can find your nearest one using its store locator tool.

It could be worth downloading Lidl’s new loyalty app to see what other discounts you can get too.

Here’s what the supermarket is selling this Black Friday.

Sharp 50 inch TV

• Was: £399. Now: £299. Saving: £100 (25%) – see deal

Lidl is selling a 50 inch Sharp TV which has 4K Ultra HD technology for £299.

It’s also “smart” which means that you can connect to the internet and use streaming services directly, without having to plug anything else in.

We couldn’t find the exact same model for sale anywhere else.

We did find similar Sharp models – a smaller 40 inch and larger 55 inch – at Currys for £299.

It’s always worth comparing the features when shopping for a TV.

Tower hot air fryer

• Was:£59.99. Now: £29.99. Saving: £30 (50%) – see deal

The Tower air fryer is half price at £29.99.

Air fryers use less fat than a deep fat fryer so the food is healthier.

This one has a four litre capacity and 30 minute timer.

We couldn’t find this model anywhere else but we did find a similar-sized Tower one at Argos for slightly more at £39.99.

Sharp sound bar

• Was: £64.99. Now: £49.99. Saving: £15 (23%) – see deal

Sharp’s HT-SB110 soundbar speaker connects to your TV, tablet or smartphone via Bluetooth and comes with a remote control.

We couldn’t find this model cheaper anywhere else – the next closest we found was at full price of £64.99 at several retailers, including Amazon.

Evo electronic kids quad bikes

• Was: £49.99. Now: £34.99. Saving: £15 (30%) – see deal

If you’re looking for something for the kids for Christmas, this quad bike comes in three different versions: a black and red colour, unicorn design and police car style.

We didn’t find this toy anywhere else cheaper either – the next closest price was £39.99 for the unicorn design version from Studio.

Vax cordless vacuum for £99.99

Lidl is selling the Vax Blade 2 cordless vacuum for just £99.99 which is almost half price.

It weighs 3.1kg, takes four hours to charge and lasts for 45 minutes on a full charge so you can zoom round the house without having to stop.

We couldn’t find any other cordless Vax models this cheap and the closest we found was the Balde 24V for £129.999 from Very.

Nutribullet starter kit

• Was: £59.99. Now: £34.99. Saving: £25 (42%) – see deal

Nutribullet’s are popular for people who want to eat healthy and Lidl is selling the juice and smoothie maker for Black Friday at a discount.

The compact blender has a 600W motor and can also be used to chop veg and crush ice.

It’s the cheapest we could find this particular model, the 600 series, with Very the next closest price, selling it for £39,99 on sale.

Crockpot slow cooker

• Was: £39.99. Now: £24.99. Saving: £15 (38%) – see deal

One pot cookers are perfect for whipping up those winter recipes like stews and casseroles.

This one from the brand Crockpot holds 6.5 litres and can be used to serve food and store leftovers in the fridge too.

We couldn’t find this any cheaper and it was full price at other retailers including Asda and Argos.

Tassimo coffee maker

• Was: £99.99. Now: £27.99. Saving: £72 (72%) – see deal

For anyone wanting that professional coffee taste while working from home, coffee makers like this one from Bosch Tassimo are easy to use.

It uses Tassimo coffe pods, which you’ll have to buy separately, and all you have to do is fill with water and press a button to make a brew.

Although Lidl is selling this Bosch Tassimo Vivy 2 coffee maker with a hefty discount, it is on sale elsewhere for a similar price too.

We found it for £28 at Asda, though you have to make a minimum order of £40 for delivery, and it’s £29.99 at Argos, where click and collect is free and delivery costs from £3.95.

Lidl is also has food items that will be on sale on Black Friday, including a magnum of prosecco for £10.99.

When is Black Friday 2020?

Black Friday is on 27 November, but many Black Friday discounts are available before and after this date with many shops stretching the deals and discounts over several days and even weeks sometimes.

Black Friday is always towards the end of November and is the day after the American Thanksgiving holiday, which is always on the fourth Thursday of November.
