McDonald’s is axing six popular items from their menus tomorrow

The fast food giant aims to shake up their menu this month removing six items from their menu to make way for seven new additions.

McDonald’s fans were not happy after learning the six are being axed from tomorrow, specifically the fan-favourite Big Tasty.

One Facebook user claimed: “Nah I’ll think I’ll go to Burger King instead. No big tasty = no thank you McDonald’s.”

Another said: “Big tasty is the biggest they have and are really tasty – It’s bad enough they got rid of breakfast wraps and bagels.”

“Fuming,” said a third.

The Big Tasty has long been a fan favourite with many calling for the burger to be made a permanent addition to the menu.

It comes with a beef patty, Emmental cheese, tomato, lettuce, onions and iconic Big Tasty sauce.

There have been several variations of the burger including the Big Tasty with bacon and the Spicy Big Tasty.

The Big Tasty came back to menus in May after it was axed in January.

Around every six weeks, the fast food chain switches up its menu to test out new flavours.

Although some special edition items might stay on for longer or less time.

Many fans were sad to learn the mozzarella dippers will no longer be available

Today is the last day to buy the following:

  • Big Tasty – £5.89
  • Big Tasty with Bacon – £6.69
  • Mozzarella Dippers – £2.29

Customers can sample life in the Big Apple with the Twix Toffee Apple McFlurry or the toasty Toffee Apple Pie.

Cheese lovers will be pleased to know a new Philly Cheese stack is coming to McDonald’s.

It delivers the ultimate cheesy experience with two succulent beef patties with a cheese sauce, two cheese slices, grilled and crispy onions and pickles served in a toasted bun.

Or perhaps you’re eager to try the McCrispy BBQ smokehouse which contains 100% chicken breast fillet in a crispy, crunchy coating with a smoky BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, red onion, and lettuce, all in a delicious sourdough-style sesame-topped bun.
