The luxurious 6-bed and 5-bath property is situated in a gated and private community, just minutes from the city of London.

Only a stone’s throw away from the capital but worlds away from the hustle and bustle of city living, the home gives you the best of both.

At Bonham Grange, you’ll have plenty of space to accommodate family and friends.

You could even opt to create your very own home office, gym, or hobby room.

With plenty of green spaces in the countryside surrounding the property, you’re sure to find a tranquillity that’s hard to replicate elsewhere.

As well as owning the house outright (with no mortgage or stamp duty), Raffle House will set you up with £100,000 to spend at interior design house Alexander James to furnish the home to your preferences.

And if you decide that a move isn’t for you, you can instead opt to go away with the £2.3m cash instead.
