Callum Wheeler accused of using railway jack to murder James in Kent woodland in April 2021

A man waited in the woods before subjecting a police community support officer to “a brutal and fatal attack” as she walked her dog, a court has heard.

Callum Wheeler, 22, is accused of using a “large metal railway jack” to murder Julia James in broad daylight on 27 April last year.
