When does the John Lewis Boxing Day sale start?

John Lewis’ Boxing Day sale is expected to kick off around December 24 and run until the New Year. However you’ll need to be fast, as the best deals will go fast.

Yes, shoppers should expect to still be able to use John Lewis’ Never Knowingly Undersold policy in the sale.

In previous sale events they have price matched a deal if it’s on offer for less elsewhere – so keep your eyes peeled.

What is John Lewis’ Christmas returns policy?

John Lewis say “If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 35 days of receiving your order.” Over Christmas their returns policy is extended until January 28, but you can check all dates and terms and conditions here.

How much is John Lewis delivery?

Standard delivery is FREE for orders over £50 and anything less will set you back £3.50, while click and collect is free for orders over £30. You can specify a time and date that you’d like your delivery to arrive but it will cost between £6.95 and £9.95 for small items and between £3.50 and £19.95 for large items.

EARN CASHBACK Check websites like Quidco and TopCashback BEFORE you place your order. Cashback websites PAY you to shop. All you have to do is click through their links and the money is added to your online account, usually within 14 days.
