MORRISONS shoppers are going wild for a new cookie that has been spotted on the shelves.
The new “Jammy cookie sandwich” is a chocolate chip cookie filled with jam and buttercream – the perfect sweet treat.

One food lover posted a picture of the cookie in the Food Finds UK Official Facebook group and sent other foodies into a frenzy.
The post read: “First time seeing these! spotted in Morrisons. My god, they were amazing! Bargain as well.”
One person said: “OMG I need these in my life.”
Another added: “I am off to Morrisons, we need to try these.”

While a third said: “They look yummy.”
Many people were asking in the comments, what flavour the jam was and what the cream filling inside the cookie was.
Other members of the group confirmed the delicious-looking filling was raspberry jam and buttercream.

The post made to Instagram showed a picture of the cookies priced at £2.39 rather than £1.45 as shown in the picture posted to Facebook.

Asda shoppers have also been eyeing up a limited edition sweet treat that’s back on shelves.
The supermarket giant is selling packs of five cherry doughnuts in its bakeries.
A picture of the doughnuts was shared on Facebook and one person tagged their pal and said: “Don’t know if you’ll remember but we had these a few years ago and they were amazing!”
