XBOX users have recently discovered that one of their favourite features has disappeared.

The function that allows players to get notifications about the latest deals and sales on their favourite games appears to no longer work.

Hundreds of users have reported that their Wishlists have disappeared, alongside all the games they saved here.

Those who use the Microsoft Store can add items to their Wishlist if they hope to purchase it in the future.

If one of the games on the Wishlist is then available on sale, players will get notified about the savings they can make.

However, players have noticed that when they log into their Xbox, their Wishlists are now empty.

Some players even said they had up to 300 games saved in their Wishlist and they have now disappeared.

Not only have all their wishlisted games disappeared, but players are also unable to add new games to their lists.

One Reddit user writes: “I’m having the same problem! Not only is the wishlist gone, but I also can’t seem to add new items to it.”

Another says: “Mine are gone too. I was planning on looking to see what games were on sale from the list. Guess my wallet can finally be happy now.”

Microsoft hasn’t commented on the topic, and it is unclear just how far the problem has spread.

The most likely answer is that this is simply a bug and that Wishlists will be functional again in a number of days.

Though less likely, some people suspect that Microsoft is sunsetting the Wishlist feature.

Wishlists are popular with both Microsoft and players, so we think it is unlikely that the feature will be removed.
