PS5 and Xbox gamers have reported problems with Destiny saying servers are “offline” and players are not happy.
Downdetector has recorded a spike with people going to the site to make complaints.
The site recorded a peak at around 7pm with 253 people saying they were experiencing problems.
Some 64 per cent said they were having an issue with the server connection while 35 per cent reported trouble logging in.
Gamers have been getting problems with Destiny saying they have experienced lags and frozen screens.
One user said on Twitter: “Still stuck in throttled servers screen.”
Another wrote: “Underwhelming doesn’t begin to describe this.”
A third person added: “I would love that have 1 day… just one day. Of playing d2 without ‘contacting servers’ or something getting broken and going offline. Or getting booted/error coded.”
A fourth asked: “Can you put the servers back on please?”
Bungie has said it has begun rolling out “Hotfix 7.0.0.5” across “all platforms and regions.”
