According to Downdetector, users are reporting three main problems:
- 73 percent are having issues accessing the app
- 14 percent are having issues processing payments
- 12 percent are having issues transferring funds

Many users took to social media to try and figure out what was going on.
One user commented: “Where is my money!! Like its the first of the month cash app this is ridiculous.”
Another wrote: “So its not just direct deposit. My husband’s app keeps crashing when he tries to use his card to pay for gas to get to work. I hope they get all this fixed ASAP.. or at the very least acknowledge that there’s a damn problem.”
