Unless you have the latest iPhone 13 Pro, you won’t have a special camera trick.

It’s called macro photography, and it lets you take ultra-close snaps of objects.

You can get sharp-focus close-ups at a distance of just 2cm.

It’s normally only available on the iPhone 13 Pro or Pro Max – but there’s a trick to get it on older models too.

The iPhone hack was shared by TikTok tech whiz @zoneoftech_shorts – and it’s very simple.

It works using an app called Halide.

This is one of the most popular iPhone camera apps to rival the default option.

It’s packed with special features, including some that aren’t even available on the regular iPhone camera.

Simply install Halide from the Apple App Store and then launch it.

Now choose the macro mode and take the shot you want.

If you’re not using the latest iPhone model, don’t fret.

Halide will use the telephoto lens on your iPhone to capture the image.

And then it will use AI to “upscale” the image quality.

So it won’t be as good as using a macro lens, and likely not as good as the official iPhone mode.

But you’ll still be able to get an impressive macro effect.

If you do have an iPhone 13 Pro, you can just use the regular camera to capture macro images.

Make use of the ultra-wide camera lens and zoom in on small subject such as a leaf to see just how detailed a snapshot you can get.
