Edwin has wasted no time in spending the money, first splashing out a jaw dropping $25 million on a lavish Hollywood Hills estate.

Now he’s bought a $4 million on another bachelor pad in California.

The property is his home town Altadena and is a short hop away from the petrol station where he bought his life-changing ticket.

Newly minted Edwin’s privacy is protected by olive trees and he enjoys a stunning unobstructed view of the San Gabriel Mountains, dirt.com reports.

Edwin can now divide his time between that home and his Hollywood Hills mansion.

The 13,500 sq ft sprawling property includes a game room, wine cellar, movie theatre, bar and a luxury fitness studio.

It also comes with an infinity pool, a spa, two fire pits and a built-in barbecue area.

News of his burgeoning property empire comes as it emerged he’s being sued by a man who claims his lottery ticket was stolen.

He bought the ticket at Joe’s Service Center in Altadena but according to legal documents obtained by TMZ Jose Rivera also bought a ticket from the same store on November 7.

Rivera has alleged that a man known as “Reggie” stole the ticket from him.

He claimed that Reggie’s ticket contained the winning numbers, but he said it wasn’t a winner.

Rivera alleged that Reggie told him he would only hand the ticket over if the winnings were split equally.

He reported the alleged theft to cops and the California Lottery.

California Lottery officials remain confident that Castro is the “rightful winner” of the massive prize.

Castro came forward to claim his prize in February after winning the draw in November.

It turned him into a billionaire overnight – with a net worth higher than celebs such as Cristiano RonaldoMadonna and Tom Cruise.

He did not attend his presentation but said in a statement that he was “shocked and ecstatic” from the huge win.

“As someone who received the rewards of being educated in the California public education system it’s gratifying to hear that as a result of my win, the California school system greatly benefits as well,” he said.
