A WOMAN has given a sneak peek inside her incredibly pricey “shoebox flat” with a cropped bed and no kitchen.

A video of the very short property tour was posted on TikTok and viewers couldn’t believe the staggering £1,850 monthly rent cost.

Propertylondon shared the 20 second clip writing: “What £1,850 gets you in London, what do you think?”

The video follows a woman as she swings open the door to her flat and reveals a less-than-spacious single bed with a mini bin beside it.

There is also a tiny cupboard and a single draw for storage can be found under the bed.

A large TV and a painting is all there’s room for in the cramped residency.

As far as extra space there is a tiny patch of floor and with just two steps the woman is already in her bathroom.

The room consists of a toilet sitting just inches away from a shower which is squashed in next to a sink.

No one will ever be able to convince me it’s a good idea to live in London

The TikTok has caused a stir in the comments section with one person writing: “You’d honestly be better staying in a hotel and you wouldn’t have to pay bills or deal with housemates.”

Another drew attention to the lack of cooking space asking: “Where is the kitchen?”

A third stated: “No one will ever be able to convince me it’s a good idea to live in London.”

And a fourth person was outraged by the footage saying: “This should be illegal.”

“I am already feeling stressed. Watch the video. How do you survive in such a tiny space?” quizzed a fifth.

Possible contenders with similar eye-watering rent prices include Westminster, Chelsea and Knightsbridge.

The property is located in central London but it’s unclear exactly where.

It comes as Britain’s “most expensive council house” has hit the market for a whopping £3.5million and its owner insists the price is fair.

Accountant Miroslav Nikolov is asking for three times the price he paid for the London home because of the £1.4million he spent doing it up.

I earn £28K but spend nothing on rent as I live in a van – converting it was nearly a tragedy but it’s now my dream home

The former council house was first built in the 1950s over a WW2 bomb crater and was initially used as housing for Met officers.

He told the Daily Mail that: “I spent £1.4million renovating the house after I bought it…I don’t know if it will sell, but we will see.”

Miroslav bought the Canonbury home in 2015 for £1.2million and has now expanded the semi-detached four bedroom home to 3650sq ft.

The home now has four floors with a new basement that added a third onto the size. Miroslav also built a cinema room that doubles as a bar.
