AN INCREDIBLE five-bed mansion worth a whopping £3.5million is being raffled off – and you could win it for free.
Tickets for the luxury pad, just 10 minutes from the world-famous racecourse in Ascot, Berkshire, are free for anyone entering via post.
But a £25 donation will get a bidder’s name in the hat a whopping 40 times.
The stunning property features its own lift, as well as an orangery and a huge garage with space for three cars.
The lucky new owner will walk into their white stucco new build via a vast pillared entrance porch.
Inside, they’ll find a spacious entrance hall complete with a fireplace.
With high coffered ceilings throughout, the property boasts four large bedroom suites, plus a fifth bedroom or possible sitting room.
And best of all, funds raised through the raffle – currently expected to top £100,000 – will be donated to Cancer Research UK.
The incredible prize is part of the Million Pound House Draw fundraising campaign by Omaze.
Even millionaire singer Ronan Keating has called the property his “dream home”.
“The house that’s up for grabs is in Ascot – it’s incredible, what a place,” he said.
“I’ve been lucky enough to go there.”
STUNNING HOME RAFFLED
And the charity ambassador added: “I’ve been a proud supporter of Cancer Research UK for many years.
“I’ve seen first-hand the difference research makes to those affected by cancer.”
“Our life-saving work relies on the generosity of our supporters,” Michelle Mitchell, Cancer Research UK’s chief executive, said.
“Thanks to them, our research has been at the heart of the progress that has seen survival in the UK double in the last 40 years.
“We’re so pleased to be partnering with Omaze on the Million Pound House Draw.
“We hope to raise as much money as possible to continue our vital work for those affected by cancer, who have never needed us more.”
It will be the fifth Omaze Million Pound House Draw in the UK.
Widower Ian Garrick, housewife Marilyn Pratt and IT consultant Darren Wordon are among the previous winners.
