A HOUSE stuck in a retro time warp is set to be flogged for a staggering £800,000 after being bought at a fraction of the price.
The home in Sydney, Australia, was sold to its current owner for just £5,000 back in 1968.

Its interior has remained untouched from a time when The Beatles ruled the soundwaves with patterned wallpapers and garish fittings.
But for the first time in more than 50 years, the quirky Paddington property is in need of a new owner.
The 96-year-old woman who lives there says she feels compelled to sell up as she needs somewhere without stairs.
She said her late husband, who she bought the home with all those years ago, was “very attached” to the house and declined multiple offers over the years, reports realestate.com.au.
The elderly woman said her partner spent countless hours renovating the terrace house.
She said: “My husband was part of the renovation team in a block of four houses, including our home.
“He bought the house for $10,000 (£5,000) and completed the renovations, including building the kitchen and the bathroom.
“When we moved here, my husband made it a good home for us. He polished up the wood of the staircase and banister.”

Her husband also installed swinging doors to the kitchen, as well as the chandeliers.
She added: “He took down the wall between the two rooms on the ground floor, put up the arches, built the stone fireplace, and the bar with shelves.
“He installed the outside fireplace and gardens, including a fish tank set in stone.”
The great-grandmother also revealed the house holds many family memories, with her grandson’s footprint and name set in concrete at the centre of the patio.
She said: “It has been a very good home for me.
“It has kept me going. We have had many big family dinners here, including with my great-great grandchildren.”
The home – which boasts Victorian features – is now set to be auctioned off on August 20 – and has an eye-watering guide price of £800,000.
