A FAMILY has won £166,666 twice in the lottery after a daughter moved near her parents by chance.
Not only did Kelly Southby, 40, have a winning Postcode Lottery ticket, but so did neighbour and dad Tony Frater.

There were six winners of £1m on one street in Staplehurst, Kent, with the January 20 draw.
Daughter Kelly had “by chance” moved into a home only doors away from her parents on Marion Square.
Kelly said: “You dream of winning the lottery but to win it with my parents … it’s just incredible. It’s going to take forever to sink in.
“I was still shaking and then to be a part of it for them, and to see their faces – it was so special.”

Kelly grew up in Staplehurst with Tony and mum Sharon having lived at the same address for 30 years.
After having kids of her own, Kelly moved back to Staplehurst with husband Jason, 48, and bought a house only doors away from her parents.
Kelly’s brother Marcus won £1,000 on Premium Bonds in December – meaning the family won lotto three times in a month.
Kelly said: “I might have some fun and send pictures of the cheque to him at random times.”

The Fraters are now planning a big family holiday to celebrate Tony’s 70th birthday later this year.
Sharon said: “We can take the whole family away for Tony’s birthday. It’s his treat but he’ll be paying.”
Tony said: “We’re both retired, and we’ll be able to do things without worrying about anything. The security is the biggest thing.”
Kelly, who works as a self-employed hairdresser, is also planning a birthday trip for Jason.
Kelly said: “I’d like to take my husband to New York next year for his 50th. I was thinking I might need to save for a year but obviously I don’t need to now.”
Neighbour Pauline Newman had just returned home from cataract surgery to the Postcode Lottery camera crew on her street.
Through a bandaged left eye and sunglasses, Pauline peered at their winning sum in disbelief.
She said: “I came home in the car with a scarf over my eyes, I couldn’t handle the light but luckily it started to get better.”
Steven, a retired financial advisor, joked: “Her eyes lit up when the cheque was shown.”
Pauline continued: “You see it on the telly but you never think this is going to happen to you.”
They plan to spoil their grandchildren with Steve also eyeing up a new Jaguar.
A local charity, The Paddock Wood Community Advice Centre near Tunbridge Wells, also won £15,000.
It was started in 2012 after the local Citizens Advice office was shut down.
Sue Lamb, a 62-year-old Royal Mail catering assistant in Birmingham, won £142,000 in the Postcode Lottery at the beginning of the month.
She and her husband Mark are planning on re-vamping their crumbling garden fence, after years of playful battering from three grandchildren.

Another winner from the same draw was Gabrielle who didn’t even tell her husband Pete she was playing.
“I said, ‘I’ve just won the People’s Postcode Lottery,’ and he said, ‘What is that?'”

People’s Postcode Lottery costs £12 a month to play and there are guaranteed winners every day.
People play with their chosen postcode and are automatically entered into all draws.
When that postcode is drawn, people holding the right tickets inside it win.
A minimum of 33% from each ticket goes to charity.
