A MUM was cheesed off when she opened a packet of crisps for her lunch and found just six inside.
Kerry Fletcher said the snacks, some of which were broken, were so scarce she had another pack to satisfy her stomach.
Her crisp calamity came just a day after her daughter complained she had only ten in her Walkers oven baked salt and vinegar from the same £1.75 multipack.
Stud farm boss Kerry, 46, bought the pack of six 25g bags from her local Tesco in Wath upon Dearne, South Yorks.
She said: “I know everything is getting smaller and prices are going up but this was ridiculous.
“I thought I would sit down with a sandwich and a bag of crisps for my lunch and found only six crisps inside.

“The day before my daughter came over and said ‘mummy, why is there only ten crisps in this packet?’
“I said ‘I don’t know sweetheart. Maybe it was just a fault’, and didn’t think anything of it until the next day when I opened mine.
“I opened another bag straight after the first one and that did not have many in either.
“I laughed about it.
“I thought it was hilarious.”
Kerry has not been put off Walkers.
Experts say there are usually 22 crisps in a standard 25g packet of Walkers.
