A HAPPY bargain hunter saved a whopping £30 on a shop that should have cost £43 – here’s how you can do the same.

Classic discount chains such as B&M, Poundland and Savers are already well known, but there is another money saving store helping customers everyday.

One shopper, as reported by MEN, managed to fill their basket with a shop that should have cost £43.38 – but only totalled an impressive £11.50.

They bagged themselves a breakfast essential, Weetabix Chocolate Melts, for just £1.50 – compared to £3 on Sainsburys‘ shelves.

Nando’s Peri Peri Smokey BBQ wrap kit was picked up for a lovely £1.50 rather than £3.20 in Sainsburys.

Another popular item, Heinz Tomato Ketchup with 50% Less Salt & Sugar 880G, was available for an affordable £2.50, meanwhile Tesco sell it for £4.25.

Beauty purchases were also heavily discounted.

An Isle of Paradise Prep It: Tan Primer was found by the bargain hunter for only £1.50 – a shocking reduction from the expensive £15.95 price tag on the tanning company website.

And a skincare product, Skin Active Garnier Purifying Micellar Jelly Water With Charcoal & Salicylic Acid, was being sold for an incredibly cheap £1.50.

It usually retails for £8.99 on Look Fantastic – offering an impressive saving of nearly £7.50.

A lunch box essential and snacking favourite, Doritos Dippers Hint of Paprika Sharing Tortilla Chips Crisps 230g was grabbed for a quid – whereas Morrisons prices them at £2.50.

Cleaning products are also heavily discounted at Save A Lot – four lots of ‘Use it’ Kitchen Rolls were £1, while Tesco’s own brand are £4.40.

Finally, 10 cups of Coffee Mate Nestle Coffees are £1 – making each cup only 10p.

Whereas the pack retails at £1.09 online at Discount Coffee Shopx.

In total, Save A Lot helped this shopper pocket an extra £31.88 at the checkout.

The discount brand also has plenty of stock in bulk too, with 24 rolls of selected toilet paper for only £5.

For a sweet treat, a 24 piece box of Milkyway Crispy Rolls is just £8.
