IT’S easy to lose track of time while engrossed in your favourite video games, but one man has taken this to its limits.

Sitting down and playing his favourite game for a shocking 59 hours and 20 minutes, Barnabás Vujity-Zsolnay has now taken two world records.

Recorded by Guinness World Records, the Hungarian chef broke two World Records with his epic gaming streak.

Barnabás’ game of choice was World of Warcraft, and he beat the original MMORPG world record by over 20 hours.

His streak continued almost unbroken except for a five-minute break he was allowed every hour to eat or use the bathroom.

He livestreamed the entire marathon, and the proceeds from the donations made during the event all went to charity.

Barnabás spent his time playing World of Warcraft, completing quests with other players and clearing out dungeons.

He said he felt like he ran out of things to do in the game at around 30 hours, but what happened at the 45-hour mark was the most concerning.

Barnabás said: “I noticed mild hallucinations starting to form. It was funny but also hard to concentrate while live streaming.”

He has been playing WoW all of his life and admitted that as a child he would play in sessions for up to 16 hours at a time.

Speaking about his time playing WoW he said: “I don’t regret it and I don’t recommend it.

“I love the game and I will retake the record if it’s beaten.

“This is mine for life – I want everyone to know that.”
