Posting a video on TikTok, the savvy woman revealed how layering can help to beat the harsh winters.

She also spoke about Merino wool and how it can keep people warm.

She said: “There is one really important thing that I want to talk about when it comes to layers, because a lot of people are going to hear about things like a Marino Underlay.”

“Marino is really good at keeping you very, very warm.”

A Marino Underlay is a wool designed to cushion the whole body, relieving tension whilst you sleep

It also can maintain warmth, and help to regulate your body temperature while you sleep. 

And a M&S hoodie of the same kind for kids is selling for just £10 which can help kids to stay warm without using central heating – and saving loads of money during the winter.
