A NANNY has revealed how she travels the world in private jets working for billionaire families.

Gloria Richards, 34, lifted the lid on life supporting kids of her ultra-wealthy clients – where she earns a staggering $2,000 (£1,600) a day.

Her lucrative side hustle accounts for between 80% and 90% of her annual income.

The remainder is covered by bit-parts in off-Broadway and one-woman shows in New York and Virginia.

“I could nanny for, like, two months at the top of the year, and I’d be fine for the rest of the year”, Gloria told CNBC Make It.

“What feeds me is being able to work so closely with these kids.”

In some cases, Gloria never meets the famous clients who hire her and is sent on trips with the kids alone.

The actress works for up to ten clients at a time – catering to her deep pocketed kids’ educational needs and sometimes filling in as a make-do mother figure.

Impulsive property purchases and single bites of $3,200 (£2,500) steaks are just some of the jaw-dropping incidents witnessed by Gloria.

However, the glitz and glamour of swanky villas and luxury locations is not without its stress.

Richards admits clients have withheld pay to show disapproval with her methods.

Likewise, the actress speaks of navigating family trauma – and has sought guidance from her agency firm Madison Agency.

She said: “I’ve had families go through an immense amount of grief in the public eye.

“I’m watching their divorces or deaths within the family.

“Sometimes I’m literally a shoulder to cry on. A second later, they’ll turn on me.”

It comes after a British nanny revealed how she has travelled the world working for billionaire families, and even had her own butler on demand.
