In other words, it may not be the best offer if you’re eating alone but it’s worth it if you’re ordering in a pair or feeding the family.

Alternatively, McDonald’s is also offering £3 off if you spend at least £10.

The deals are available this weekend – December 12 and 13 – as well as next Saturday and Sunday – December 19 and 20.

Sadly, Maccies told The Sun the offers are only available at eight branches as the fast food giant is testing them out. We’ve listed them all below.

Which McDonald’s branches are offering the deals?

MCDONALD’S told The Sun the offers are only available to app users from the below branches.

  • Hounslow
  • Wood Green
  • Chatham
  • Birmingham – Stephenson Place
  • Stockport
  • Exeter
  • Birmingham – Temple Row
  • Wood Green – Spouters Corner

To get the discounts, you’ll need to create an order via the “Deals” section of the McDonald’s app and then spend the minimum amount.

The cash will automatically be deducted at the checkout.

Everything on the menu counts towards the offers, so you can choose anything from a McMuffin to a McFlurry.

The McDonald’s app is free to download on Android and Apple devices, but you’ll need to register an account before you can order anything.

Sadly, you won’t be able to use the offers if you’re ordering for delivery to your home through Just Eat or Uber Eats.

McDonald’s has roughly 1,300 restaurants across the UK. You can find your nearest one by using its branch locator tool.

McDonald’s fans can currently also get Big Mac and McChicken sandwich meals for just £1.99 – but this is also only available at certain restaurants.

The fast food chain’s Christmas menu for 2020 includes a DOUBLE Big Mac and Celebrations McFlurry.

Meanwhile, McDonald’s heart-warming Christmas ad features a spine-tingling Becky Hill cover and viewers think it’s better than the John Lewis advert.
