SHOPPERS at Boots can get bonus loyalty points on their spending this weekend.
The high street pharmacy is offering 1,000 “free” loyalty points that are worth £10 for shoppers using its Advantage loyalty card – but there is a catch as you need to spend at least £60.

The Boots Advantage card rewards shoppers for their spending online and in-store.
You can receive four points for every £1 spent on a purchase.
One point is then equal to 1p.
Usually a £60 purchase would give you 240 points but shoppers can get four times that amount this weekend.
Boots is offering 1,000 worth of points for every £60 spent.
The 1,000 points are worth £10 that will be added to your Boots account.
You would usually need to spend £250 to earn 1,000 points so there is a big saving being made on the rewards being earned.
The extra points can be earned until Sunday September 12 in-store but you have a day extra until Monday to get points for online purchases.

Shoppers will need to have opened a Boots Advantage card online or in-store and it can then be linked to your account and used to buy items such as beauty products, perfume and accessories.
This includes items such as Bobbi Brown mascaras, Mac lipsticks or Baylis and Harding Unicorn Hand Wash.
The £60 doesn’t have to be spent on a single item and can be spread across several lower cost products.
However, the offer excludes bundle deals and baby milks.
It also can’t be used on Dyson products except its Supersonic hairdryer and you won’t earn the points for purchasing gift cards.
Purchases from Boots pharmacy, travel and insurance services, opticians, hearing centres and kitchen appliances are also excluded.
Once you get the points they can’t be redeemed at Boots opticians, kitchen appliance stores, hearing centres or for mobile phone top ups.
Prescriptions, infant milks, gift vouchers, stamp or travel and insurance services also can’t be paid for using your points.
